• Business Owners can submit a funding application for a one-time fee of $249, valid for 90 days.

• Investors can subscribe to access vetted business listings for $49/month, billed monthly.

• Contractors may refer businesses and receive commissions based on qualified applications.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

By using Up Fund Me, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you submit is true, accurate, and not misleading.

• You are authorized to represent your business or investment profile.

• You will not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorized use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

 

No Guarantee of Funding or Results

Up Fund Me is a matchmaking platform. We do not guarantee funding, investor interest, or business outcomes. We do not endorse or verify the financial viability of any party listed.

 

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, logos, and platform materials are the intellectual property of Up Fund Me. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.
